1. Services Provided

Wieteke Konings Studio specializes in photography services including fashion shoots, couples' portraits, and event photography. All services are subject to availability and the specific arrangements made between the client and the studio.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment terms, including remaining balances, will be detailed in your contract.

  • Payments can be made via accepted methods as specified during booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled session.

  • Wieteke Konings Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notification to the client.

4. Image Usage and Copyright

  • All images created by Wieteke Konings Studio are protected by copyright.

  • The studio grants clients a license for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial use requires an additional licensing agreement.

  • Clients may not reproduce, sell, or alter images without prior written consent from Wieteke Konings Studio.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in the contract.

  • Delivery format may include digital files, prints, or other media as agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to cooperate and provide necessary information to enable effective delivery of services.

  • Clients must ensure that all models or subjects photographed have granted appropriate permissions or consent.

7. Liability

  • Wieteke Konings Studio will take reasonable care to provide quality services but is not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the images or services provided.

  • The studio is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

8. Privacy

  • Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Images may be used for promotional purposes only with prior client consent.

9. Amendments

Wieteke Konings Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients when applicable.
